Our client, a major Oil & Gas company, has an immediate need for a Senior IT/OT Project Manager - PMO III in Dallas, TX. M-F 8a-5p. Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite required. Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Information Technology and Operational Technology, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between traditional IT systems and industrial OT environments. This role requires excellent communication, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements. This role will coordinate across IT, OT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities. The PMO IT/OT Project Manager III will work with the project team to implement best‑in‑class applications and enhancements. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating status updates, presentations, project schedule, financial reporting, risk management, workshops, and training venues. Key Responsibilities

Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives. Facilitate coordination between IT, OT, security operations, compliance, and third‑party vendors. Track risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate as needed. Prepare regular status updates and executive‑ready reporting. Support compliance evidence collection, audit readiness, and risk register updates. Ensure pilots are documented, evaluated, and transitioned into broader adoption where successful. Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR, NIS2, TSA Pipeline SD, CMMC, NERCCIP, SOX, CCPA) and security operations (EDR, NDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management). Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences. Experience delivering projects in complex IT/OT or regulated environments is a plus. Preferred Experience

Oil & Gas experience. Experience in an Information Technology Environment. Educational Level

Bachelor Degree Masters, a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additional Required Skills
