Position Summary
Seeking a technically adept
Service Coordinator
to manage and optimize field service operations. This role involves coordination of service workflows, technical scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with service management systems, CRM tools, and field service logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective services for laboratory and GMP process equipment. Act as the liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal teams to assess and address service needs. Track service requests, work orders, parts usage, and resolution timelines using CRM and ticketing platforms. Prioritize service calls based on severity, impact, and customer tier, while ensuring contractual and KPI alignment. Support inventory planning for spare parts, consumables, and service kits. Prepare and distribute service performance reports (e.g., MTTR, service frequency, customer satisfaction). Analyze service data to identify recurring technical issues and suggest process or training improvements. Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations through accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs. Participate in onboarding new hires by providing system training and procedural orientation.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in technical service coordination or field service support, preferably in a regulated environment. Proficiency with service dispatch software, asset management tools, and ticketing systems. Solid technical understanding of electromechanical systems, calibration, and maintenance procedures. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Background in cGMP or ISO-certified environments. Knowledge of FDA validation and documentation standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
