Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Enterprise Labor – Hybrid The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Enterprise Labor is a highly strategic role in the Global Indirect Supply Management team. This role reports to the Senior Manager - Enterprise Labor as a hybrid employee and drives the Indirect – Enterprise Labor categories, including Temporary (Professional) and Recruiting & Relocation, globally. Key initiatives include sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, and continuous improvement opportunities. The role collaborates with Corporate and Operations Leaders across Human Resources, Finance, Plant Management, and other Supply Chain leaders. The role is responsible for overseeing total cost of ownership (TCO) value creation through productivity, quality, innovation, service excellence, risk management, and margin resiliency. Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement global sourcing strategies that deliver value in productivity, working capital, service, quality, and innovation Conduct strategic spend analytics to identify opportunities for value delivery Manage relationships and set expectations with stakeholders Negotiate high-spend contracts with key strategic suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes globally for all categories Track supplier performance within applicable spend categories Build sustainable partnerships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers Stay informed of market and industry trends related to technology products in the marketplace Reduce tail spend by directing spend to key preferred strategic suppliers Drive value through supplier relationship management (SRM) Uphold internal and external policies, regulations, and laws Prioritize and multi-task effectively in a time-sensitive environment Utilize tools (preferred): Sievo (Spend Analytics), Ariba, Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management (ICERTIS preferred) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with change management in large globally dispersed matrixed organizations Experience managing Enterprise Labor categories (e.g., Temporary Labor, Recruiting & Relocation) or similar labor categories Proven ability to develop, sell, and implement category strategies in matrixed organizations Experience in complex commercial and contractual negotiations and supplier performance management/scorecards Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, supplier management, market analysis, cost modeling, and financial risk management Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder service orientation Influencing without direct authority with a track record of positive outcomes Self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Details
