Role This role offers a range of $53,000 to $66,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer\'s site in Shelbyville, IL. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Ink Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs.
Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts
Maintaining INX\'s excellent relationship with the customer by superior service
Qualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
Communicate effectively with peers and customers
Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
Have good organization skills
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
SAP Knowledge
Customer service skills
College degree
Previous experience within the Ink Industry
