We are seeking an

In-plant Ink Room Manager

to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for various functions, including making ink. As an In-plant Ink Room Manager, you will be responsible for: Performing technical service, color matching, ink production, and dispensing ink. Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs. Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches. Managing inventory and conducting monthly consignment counts. Maintaining excellent relationships with the customer through superior service. Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Be able to effectively match colors and pass a color vision test. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Have 2 to 5 years of industry-related experience. Communicate effectively with peers and customers. Possess excellent written and reading comprehension and math skills. Be proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills. Be able to lift up to 55 lbs. frequently. Have good organizational skills. In addition, the following qualifications are a plus: Previous lab, in-plant, and warehouse experience. SAP knowledge. Customer service skills. College degree. Previous experience within the ink industry. Additional Information
