Oversee overall restaurant operations and complex departments including Service and Tasting Room Adhere to policies and manage assigned operating systems Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations Represent company values and create a respectful, positive, and professional work environment Manage people by: Participating in hourly team member hiring Training and verifying team members’ understanding of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Reviewing and approving front of house department schedules in a timely manner Developing other Managers, including all Restaurant and Kitchen Managers Oversee training for Managers in Development, Lead Restaurant Trainers and new Team Members Focus on service & food standards and assist General Manager with weekly inventory procedures when needed Maximize financial and operational results, including weekly financial reporting and inventory audits with General Manager oversight Build and maintain Wine Club Community by training Front of House Team Members to educate guests about the program and invite them to join Operate computer systems including POS, Online Team Member Scheduler, Inventory/Ordering software and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety What You’ll Need
3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; Scratch kitchen experience preferred A minimum age of 21 years Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, understand and communicate in English Demonstrates financial acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (e.g., Wine Club Community growth) Preferred ServSafe and state/local licensing certifications Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift Must have the ability to work 50-60 hours per week Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Maintains a professional image by adhering to guidelines listed in the Team Member Handbook About Us
