Blackbaud is expanding our Data Governance team and we’re looking for a Senior Privacy Operations Specialist with a passion for data privacy and ethics who can consistently meet tight timelines in a rapidly evolving landscape. This is a hands-on role that will be critical to Blackbaud’s ongoing privacy compliance efforts. The Privacy Operations Specialist is responsible for the fulfillment of Data Subject Rights Requests across Blackbaud to ensure compliance with privacy regulation including CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR. This individual will drive a cross-functional group of stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure accurate, on-time completion of consumer requests. What You'll Be Doing

Manage and facilitate the fulfillment of Blackbaud’s Data Subject Rights Request process across the enterprise Lead a cross-functional enterprise team of stakeholders to ensure on-time fulfillment of consumer requests Manage incoming requests using our Privacy Operations Platform Manage outgoing communication to consumers using our Trust Intelligence Platform Ensure vendor communication and notification Drive automation process improvements while maintaining a human touch when communicating with data subjects Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation related to request fulfillment Provide guidance to teams across Blackbaud on privacy principles and legal requirements Conduct cross-functional process audits to ensure all controller teams are compliant Onboard new solutions to the Data Subject Rights Request process Report on Data Subjects Rights Request metrics What We'll Want You To Have

5+ years of previous experience supporting privacy operations, compliance, or similar role Familiarity with Privacy Operations platforms required; OneTrust, BigID, or Securiti highly preferred Familiarity with privacy regulation requirements including CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR Demonstrates an ability to consistently meet strict deadlines Demonstrates initiative, passion, and resourcefulness while maintaining adaptability and comfort with potential ambiguities arising from a rapidly changing regulatory landscape Highly detail-orientated with a proven ability to think both creatively and strategically while maintaining a high degree of accountability and organization Can-do attitude with a demonstrated tenacity and ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross-functional teams Certifications such as CIPM and CIPP/US highly preferred Benefits

Blackbaud may pay more or less based on qualifications, market value, company finances, and other operational considerations.
