Description
CORE is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our Fort Lauderdale office. The PC will support assigned Project Team(s) by managing documentation and controls, ensuring all project files and information are current and well‑organized.
Responsibilities
Support Project Manager with monthly pay application backup and submission
Assist with change event packaging and tracking, including owner change orders, contingency and allowance usages, and subcontractor change orders
Support subcontract review and execution process via Bluebeam Studio Sessions
Maintain and update the Procore directory for projects
Update Textura Compliance and support JONES Insurance coordination
Track and process certified payroll, when applicable
Create and maintain Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) log; process invoices and reconcile purchase orders; Assist with MWBE tracking
Demonstrate understanding of contracts and construction insurance requirements
Assist the accounting team with project pre‑audit preparation
Provide general project support as needed
Pay Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
Candidate Qualifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple project teams
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Proactive problem solver with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills; able to serve as a liaison among multiple stakeholders
Must possess strong integrity and a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or Viewpoint is a plus
Accounting experience is a plus
