What You’ll Be Doing
Address resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Guide new residents through the move‑in preparation experience for a smooth transition
Conduct follow‑up within a week of move‑in to address concerns
Manage move‑out inspections and coordinate resident events
Maintain high resident visibility, oversee amenity areas, and collect fees for rentals
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance community operations

What You’ll Need To Thrive
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle during the workday
Computer literacy and effective communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of the job

Salary Starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications. Overtime pay and performance incentives are available.
