444 Harrison Avenue, Boston SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc. Requirements EDUCATION/TRAINING: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED Ability to read printed labels and instructions Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing PREFERRED: Bilingual English/Spanish KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems PREFERRED: Previous experience in Building Maintenance
