For sixty years, WeightWatchers has helped millions build healthy habits and live happier, healthier lives. As the science of weight health evolves, we are developing new clinical pathways for medication access, creating behavioral programs for chronic health conditions, integrating third-party services, and enhancing product personalization. WeightWatchers has embraced technology, with our mobile app now the primary tool for most members. We are also designing new in-person experiences to complement digital touchpoints. The Consumer Strategy and Insights team is the central hub for understanding the company's members and prospective members, developing consumer-centric strategies that drive growth and innovation through qualitative and quantitative research. The team collaborates with product, marketing, and experience teams to ensure the voice of the consumer informs key business decisions. What You Will Do
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects and provide deep insights into consumer behavior, market and product trends, and the competitive landscape. Develop and execute consumer insights addressing key business objectives. Partner with leaders across the organization to deliver data-driven recommendations that drive impact. Key Responsibilities
Consumer research: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends. Data analysis and synthesis: Integrate data from app usage, member feedback, and sales data to create a holistic view of the member journey. Strategic planning: Translate insights into actionable recommendations and long-term business plans; build clear business cases centered on the customer. Insights and analysis: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies; conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Collaboration and influence: Work with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear insights and champion the voice of the consumer. Communication: Create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences. Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in consumer insights, strategy consulting, market research, or a related analytical role; experience in consumer-facing industries (CPG, tech, wellness) preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights. Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint, brand tracking, and NPS. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Proven track record translating data into clear business strategies with measurable impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A passion for health and wellness is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; Master’s preferred. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program. US Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000 USD. We encourage our employees to come into the office 1-2 days per week.
