The Consumer Strategy and Insights team is the central hub for understanding the company’s members and prospective members, developing consumer-centric strategies that drive growth and innovation. What You Will Do
The Manager, Consumer Strategy and Insights will be a key contributor to strategic decision-making. You\'ll provide deep insights into consumer behavior, market and product trends, and the competitive landscape. You will develop and execute consumer and marketing insights strategies, and serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, providing data-driven recommendations that drive impactful change. Key Responsibilities
Consumer research: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends. Data analysis and synthesis: Utilize data from various sources (e.g., app usage, member feedback, and sales data) to create a holistic view of the member journey and experience. Strategic planning: Translate insights into actionable recommendations and long-term strategic plans, building cohesive business cases that put the customer at the heart of decision-making. Insights and analysis: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover deep consumer insights. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Collaboration and influence: Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Champion the voice of the consumer across the organization. Communication: Create compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences. Who You Are
5-7+ years of experience in consumer insights, strategy consulting, market research, or related analytical roles, preferably in consumer-facing industries such as CPG, tech, or wellness. Experience designing and executing a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including segmentation (k-means, latent class), MaxDiff, conjoint. Strong background in survey design, programming, testing and analysis. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies that drive measurable impact. Solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Passion for health and wellness; empowering individuals on their weight-loss journey is a plus. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
