Our analyst program provides a platform for participants to launch or accelerate their careers, with a range of approaches including innovative learning and technical training, formalized mentoring, a continuous feedback loop, and exposure to senior leaders. Responsibilities
Providing key reporting and analytics support, reviewing business performance, driving planning and forecasting efforts, and building operating budgets Performing controllership activities that deliver Corebridge consolidated financial reporting, providing tax advisory, planning, accounting, compliance, and analytics for a variety of tax and financial issues Improving financial management systems and information, contributing to process improvement or savings initiatives, and participating in finance projects Developing and updating reports on capital, forecast, cash flows, funding and liquidity, reviewing business metrics and performing competitive intelligence What We’re Looking For
Corebridge seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry. We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a record of successful teamwork. Preferred
One or more years of internship experience Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills Overall understanding of fundamental finance and possess accounting acumen Organized, resourceful and capable of working with ambiguity Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and accuracy Committed to learning new skills and open to work within different business and subject areas Required
Desire to learn about and engage with various roles and responsibilities of a life and retirement insurance company Minimum 3.2 GPA (unofficial transcript required upon application) Candidate for bachelor’s degree to be received no later than June 2026 Ability to work 40 hours per week; 2-3 days in the office per week Locations
Corebridge analyst positions are available in Houston, TX, Woodland Hills, CA, and Jersey City, NJ. Salary range for applicants in New Jersey and California is $62,000 - $80,000, with eligibility for a bonus under the applicable incentive plan. Benefits are described on our site. Benefits
