Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. Visually inspect, test, and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Discuss machine operation variations with customers to diagnose problems and repair machines. Dismantle machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems. Remove and replace worn or defective parts. Install new or repaired parts; clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, belts and other parts of machinery. Realign and adjust components such as spindles and clutches. Install and repair electronic components of machinery or equipment. Start machines and equipment to test proper operation following repair. Organize and plan with dispatcher follow-up repairs on equipment when all ordered parts have been received. Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs) at similar locations on the same day, time permitting. Organize new service requests with dispatcher in the same working area, as time permits. Complete timecards accurately and completely throughout the day. Maintain records and report work orders, parts, supplies ordering, and a daily agenda. Complete work orders, submit parts orders and all required paperwork through tech portal / ERP System at each location. Organize parts received for van stock and follow up on customer repairs. Work efficiently with dispatcher to determine the most productive route each day. Protect company equipment and follow PM guidelines for company-provided vehicle. Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by supervision. Work safely in different environments and always put SAFETY FIRST. Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED; good mechanical aptitude/skills. Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit within the customer’s business structure. Good driving record. Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures. Excellent time-management skills. Possesses excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Reasoning and Language

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; able to handle problems in standardized situations. Detail oriented; excellent listening skills. Determination to be own manager; skilled with hand and mechanical tools. Owns or can obtain basic standard and metric tools, gear puller, and a three-drawer tool chest. Commitment to quality; safety and security awareness; dependable with excellent attendance. Maintains a valid driver’s license and safe driving skills; adheres to state and federal regulations. Physical Demands

Occasionally required to drive long hours; regularly sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear and taste or smell. Lift 10 to 50 pounds occasionally; up to 100 pounds frequently; ability to move heavier items with assistance. Ability to move tanks up to 400 lbs with hand truck/dolly; work on ladders with overhead piping. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment

Travel up to an average of 300 miles per day. Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Compensation and Benefits

Income is based on an hourly pay structure, with a ½ hour start of the day and end of day commute time adjustment. EEO Statement
