Denver Roofing Job Description Job Title: TPM Coordinator Department: Hourly Reports to: Operations Leader Supervises: N/A FLSA Status: Non-exempt Hourly Rate: $34.52 SUMMARY The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Coordinator is the point person for the facility to the Regional TPM Coach, coordinating all onsite TPM actions. The role supports establishing TPM as the natural way of operating, engaging operators, and advancing TPM pillars. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, data collection, analysis, reporting, and communication for 5S, Blitz, pillar projects, and AM Activity Teams. This position is key to developing AM Teams and Site Masterplans. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Aligns with Site Leader to support Masterplan objectives Supports Operations Leader in driving AM Steps 1-4 completion Participates as a core team member of AM, FI, PM, T&D, and EHS Pillars Assists as AM Pillar Leader when needed Attends TPM meetings, collaborates with leaders to enhance problem solving, planning, and root cause analysis Provides training on AM Bootcamp, AM Step 0, new hire TPM, TPM methods, and concepts Works effectively with coordinators, supervisors, mechanics, operators, and pillar leaders Spends at least 75% of time engaging with primary employees on hands-on activities Supports projects targeting zero loss Develops learning tools to address knowledge gaps Escalates and follows up on AM and FI Activity Teams needs via DMS Supports the evolution of Daily Management System to include primary employees Implements and maintains 5S standards and audits Works with Pillars to establish sustainable TPM processes Develops recognition and reward strategies for TPM achievements JOB REQUIREMENTS Skills and Abilities Effective communication skills in English (oral and written) Ability to work independently and lead teams Attention to detail Strong organizational skills and work ethic Proficiency in math and applying formulas Knowledge of JIPM TPM standards Ability to teach through visual, hands-on, sound, and written methods Measures of Success Achievement of AM KPIs and improvement in TPM assessment scores annually Development of operators through Autonomous Maintenance and support for equipment to reach Step 4 Computer and Software Skills Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and databases Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required 2-year degree preferred or in progress Experience with TPM teams Leadership training/experience Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to stand and type for 12 hours Climb stairs/ladders, work at heights Perform bending, squatting, and twisting Work in temperature extremes and handle objects/tools Work around fiberglass and asphalt fumes without irritation Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization.
