Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions based on Power BI and other Azure tools. Gather and document reporting requirements from cross-functional teams and translate business needs into specifications for reports and dashboards. Build data models and technical/functional documentation; transition reports to interactive dashboards; ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability upon deployment. Maintain configuration management and change controls; implement technology best practices and repeatable processes. Create and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models; mentor junior team members and contribute to the Data Insights & Advanced Analytics CoE. Provide support to ensure availability and optimal performance of reports for internal and external users. Qualifications
Professional: 5+ years of data analytics experience with Microsoft BI stack; 4+ years in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing; ability to manage stakeholder relationships; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; experience mentoring others and contributing to a Center of Excellence. Education and Experience: BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quant-focused field, or 6+ years of industry experience; certifications in IT/Power BI/Data Management/Analytics preferred. Minimum Skills: Development with Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS); SQL; data warehousing; knowledge of Tabular, Cubes, DAX; experience with Azure BI offerings; ability to translate business questions into data insights. Desired Qualifications: Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Synapse, Databricks, Data Governance; strong cloud/enterprise experience; ability to influence and translate project benefits to business/technical partners; self-motivation and strategic thinking; experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred. The initial starting annual compensation will range from $107,300 to $123,400 based on experience and qualifications. Other Details
Physical requirements: normal hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; some overtime may be needed. Safe work environment: adherence to NAES safety rules and procedures is expected.
