Valiant is seeking a full-time External Elements (EXELMS) Intelligence Analyst for the MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP). The mission of MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF operations across the range of military operations within a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment to enhance the warfighting skills of senior commanders and their staff. Responsibilities

Research friendly and adversary intelligence forces and assets to simulate their capabilities during MSTP exercises. Research joint and combined intelligence assets and processes, focusing on current and future C5ISRT capabilities, to simulate them during exercises, considering the impact of kill web and kill chain concepts. Lead working groups during various exercise phases as part of the exercise design team to develop realistic and challenging training environments. Collaborate with MSTP sections and external agencies to develop detailed exercise planning documents, including orders, intelligence products, and conflict scenarios. Prepare exercise presentations, contribute to discussions, and provide feedback on intelligence topics to MSTP staff and personnel. Research and extract factual data from documents to accurately portray military forces and capabilities in models or simulations. Review classified and unclassified materials, recommending their use in exercises, reports, and briefings. Work with MSTP Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Communication and Information Systems (CIS) teams to develop intelligence assets and integrate them into simulation and C2 systems. Advise the MSTP Exercise Control Officer (EXCON) on intelligence information, products, and processes. Serve as an intelligence SME to HQ personnel, supporting course of action development and intelligence missions. Ensure the integrity of exercise play by managing intelligence systems within operational parameters and command guidance. Analyze observations during exercises to improve support methodologies. Assist in managing MSTP doctrinal publications and materials.
