BYREDO is seeking a full-time client advisor to drive sales & service by providing an exceptional client experience, engage in clienteling, and assist with the operations of the store. Service clients’ needs with respect through storytelling & product knowledge while collaborating with team members and supporting management in operational duties. What you’ll get to do

SALES – Stay up-to-date with market trends, know and monitor competition. Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process. Adopt the Byredo client experience and selling ceremony. Welcome and recognize regular customers. Identify customer needs, place the client at the center, and present and add value to the product range. Describe and recommend product offerings. Check customer requirements during trials and respond to any additional requests. Promote cross-selling and additional sales to exceed KPI objectives while ensuring the highest quality of sales and client experience. Foster customer loyalty by capturing customer information through appropriate tools; accompany the customer to the cash counter, prepare packaging, and manage payment. Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to the retail action plan. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND CRM – Capture customer data into the company’s CRM tool to connect with the client, maintain and develop the relationship with a personalized approach. Create and consult the customer’s profile and use the CRM tool to connect with clients and build long-term relationships. Manage customers’ portfolios through one-to-one clienteling activities, proactively or via campaigns through the Byredo clienteling application. Ensure after-sale service aligns with sale, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty to promote the Brand image. Utilize all customer contacts in-store to promote the Brand and Product. Convey all information collected about customers to management. Follow up on customer requests. Host appointments for make-up consultations. PRODUCT – Participate in all in-store product presentations across product categories. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay up-to-date on the full store range. Ensure proper product care and stock management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.). VISUAL SET-UP – Maintain product displays in excellent condition according to company guidelines and suggest corrections to increase sales. STOCKROOM – Know available products in stock to maximize sales; assist in receiving stock and maintain the stockroom to standards. Participate in stock takes by category. THEFTS / LOSSES – Maintain a position to prevent theft and inform a supervisor of any loss. Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in selling makeup/beauty Makeup artistry or cosmetic sales experience Strong clienteling ability Ability to work holidays and weekends Adaptable and curious Committed and reliable Driven and proactive in approaching challenges Passionate about beauty and cosmetics Motivated to inspire clients with expertise on beauty trends and products Open availability from Monday to Sunday with the ability to work a variety of shifts, with one weekend off each month Compensation

As required by the Illinois state salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 – $24.00 per hr. Factors considered for offers include relevant skillset, training, experience, education, and organizational structure.
