Director of Dining Services – Corporate Dining (Johnston, RI)
Salary:
$70,000 – $85,000 per year
Overview As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-volume corporate dining account in Johnston, RI. In this role, you will lead a team of associates, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and internal departments.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and deliver top-quality food.
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
Roll out new culinary programs and innovative service initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (preferred).
Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
Experience in a corporate dining setting.
High-volume production and catering experience.
Prior experience managing a budget.
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
