What You’ll Be Doing

Lead key enterprise relationships

across a cross-commodity portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer goals and usage of critical data

Drive commercial growth

by identifying gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring internal alignment with Account Managers and executive sponsors

Deliver strategic reviews and insights

that highlight impact, elevate client experience, and inform renewals and upsell efforts

Coach junior team members

and champion internal initiatives that scale success across the global Customer Success function

What You’ll Bring

Proven success in enterprise customer success or account management within a SaaS or subscription-based business

Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth through upsell, retention, and cross-functional collaboration

High emotional intelligence and confidence navigating senior stakeholder relationships across global client accounts

Experience in commodities, data services, or pricing intelligence preferred
