We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Representative

to join our growing team. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in expanding our customer base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and generate leads

through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking. Qualify inbound and outbound leads

to determine fit and potential for conversion. Advance every lead to the next step in the sales process or formally disqualify with documented rationale. Conduct discovery calls

to understand client needs and present relevant solutions. Collaborate with Account Executives

to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression. Maintain accurate records

of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system. Research target markets

and identify key decision-makers. Participate in marketing campaigns

and events to generate interest and leads. Meet or exceed monthly KPIs

including lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. 2+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Strong organization and analytical skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional time management skills, and able to problem solve creatively and resourcefully. Strong proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and similar programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections. Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce experience preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Accept new challenges and opportunities without difficulty. Pro-active, motivated, and diligent. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands represent the requirements employees must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a computer, communicate, listen, and assess information. Visual requirements also include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
