Role

As the SDR Manager you lead all revenue for Acquisition.com’s rapidly growing Advisory Practice. You drive warm outbound sales, coach a fast‑growing sales development team, and work directly with our Advisory Practice team to achieve our mission: make real business education available to everyone. You shape our sales team, drive customer acquisition, and inspire both team and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead daily SDR huddle and office hours to coach SDRs.

Hold weekly 1:1 with each SDR to coach, review metrics, and support them.

Review game‑tape weekly to spot trends and give reps feedback.

Drive sales team culture through proper expectation and constant reinforcement.

Track all stats and data pertaining to the SDR team and their results, ensuring each SDR manages leads efficiently and uses CRM and other tech.

Monitor the hand‑off between SDRs and the BC team to ensure a smooth transition.

Create and maintain resources to keep communications and actions consistent across the team.

Oversee the day‑to‑day efforts of the SDR team and contribute to short‑ and long‑term planning and strategies in collaboration with the DoS and SM.

Develop and maintain departmental SOPs, ensuring all team members adhere to them.

Assist in HR tasks—determine hiring/firing needs, interview employees, oversee assignment of employees, plan staff development, onboarding, training of SDRs, and manage time‑card approvals.

Assist the SM and DoS on ad‑hoc requests and various projects or tasks.

Maintain vigilance of emerging patterns from clients or prospects and present to the SM and DoS.

Identify areas for automation and AI integration in the sales department, presenting suggested changes to the SM and DoS for approval and implementation.

Ensure all team members follow internal communication cycles.

Results

All new SDR hires are fully trained and onboarded efficiently.

Maintain an 80% show rate for set calls and a 30% close rate.

Each SDR hits a minimum of 4 sets per day.

The SDR team feels supported and has clear daily roles and responsibilities.

All necessary information is communicated to the SM and/or other affected departments in a timely manner.

All SDR team members properly follow internal communication cycles.

Customers experience consistent interactions with team members.

DoS has full transparency into daily metrics and performance of the team.

Daily shadowing sessions are conducted with feedback based on results.

All projects are addressed and managed on time with clear expectations and due dates.

Requirements

Available between 8-5 PT Monday‑Saturday.

Able to make autonomous decisions.

Experience with data analysis and sales projection.

Able to adapt to changes quickly.

Experienced in managing 8‑10 SDRs.

5‑7 years B2B sales experience.

2+ years sales management experience.

Excellent internal and external communication skills.

Excellent leadership skills.

Self‑directed.

Exceptional time‑management skills.

Location

Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite highly preferred).

Remote, USA + travel. Remote must live in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, or UT.

Compensation

Base salary $93,000‑140,000 per year + commission.

OTE $180,000‑220,000.

Salary range included for multiple levels; final salary based on experience, skills, and expertise.
