Overview
Senior Benefits Analyst to join the Total Rewards team, providing expert support in administering benefits programs across North America and global regions. Focus areas include U.S. health and welfare plans, global programs, compliance, and vendor management, while delivering high-quality service to employees and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities
Administer and support health, welfare, and global benefit programs (medical, dental, life, disability, wellbeing, tuition reimbursement, EAP, time-off policies). Manage vendor relationships, resolve service issues, and support program delivery. Perform data analysis, audits, reconciliations, and cost modeling to ensure program compliance and efficiency. Oversee benefits transactions, HRIS integrations, and payroll deductions to maintain accuracy. Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams on process improvements and invoice management. Develop benefits communications, support open enrollment, and coordinate employee education events. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations and global requirements. Contribute to program design, benchmarking, and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR function. Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA). Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel; Workday experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred
Experience in MedTech or manufacturing industries. Background in implementing Total Rewards programs and compliance reporting. Why Apply?
