Job Description: Under minimal direction, responsible for providing support to technical staff and performing administrative duties as assigned by the customer and the Site Manager. Responsibilities:

Dispatch personnel or technicians to problems that occur on the conveyor line and create work orders for repairs. Work according to company regulations and procedures, and instruction from management. Provide telephone reception for the Maintenance site. Exercise initiative and judgment to refer issues requiring attention to delegated authority or handle them to minimize conveyor line outages. Create, modify, and update databases/spreadsheets associated with the administration of the Maintenance Site, and maintain filing and reports relating to conveyor line operation. Run applicable reports for the customer when requested and/or scheduled. Maintain operational communication with the customer when needed. Document daily functions, outages, and statistics of the conveyor system. Maintain an accurate flight table with assistance from the customer; make corrections on a temporary and/or permanent basis. Assist in clearing jams from the baggage handling system. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the customer. Maintain parts inventory and be responsible for data entry in CMMS. Complete all safety training as assigned by the company. Comply with all ERMC safety programs, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties/assignments as required by management. Control Room Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise daily control room operations. Deploy reserve security staff to incidents. Direct response to safety and security incidents. Report critical incidents to the security manager. Prepare reports for the security manager in case of critical incidents. Plan and organize daily/shift routines and activities. Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees. Remain alert and prepare for unprecedented incidents. Ensure control room staff and equipment are ready for any types of incidents. Maintain control room and personal appearance up to established service standards. Qualifications:

Operating and monitoring CCTV. Monitoring various alarm systems. Sound knowledge of security techniques. Knowledge of computer systems in operation within the control room. Understanding of all alarm systems. Aware of Building Management Systems (BMS). Standard Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must possess a Government ID and social security card. Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces. Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Benefits:
