Telecom Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Salt Lake City, UT.
Candidates must be skilled in leading cross‑functional teams and managing multimillion‑dollar rollouts while ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize telecom solutions including voice, data, wireless, and unified communications systems.
Lead and manage complex telecom projects, such as network upgrades, VoIP rollouts, and cloud telephony integrations.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure service provisioning, SLA adherence, and timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security policies, and business continuity standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot telecom infrastructure, identifying performance issues and deploying corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align telecom initiatives with business goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8 years in telecom engineering or network infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise in telecom technologies such as VoIP, UCaaS, SIP, MPLS, SD‑WAN, and wireless (5G).
Proven experience managing complex telecom deployments and working with carriers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
Pay Details $49.00 to $64.00 per hour.
