Perform modifications, including fabrication and installation of the automated aviation system.

Conduct routine and non-routine inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability.

Maintain records of aircraft installations, maintenance, and modifications.

Represent the production organization in design reviews and collaborate with Responsible Engineers (REs) to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, and conformance to requirements.

Ensure product and process quality by testing finished products and establishing manufacturing standards.

Manage operational processes such as tool control, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

Basic Success Criteria

Current FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics license.

At least 3 years of small aircraft maintenance experience.

Experience with turbine-engine aircraft maintenance.
