The Plumbing Lead will lead and mentor a team on commercial new construction projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance with Florida plumbing codes. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in new construction plumbing High school diploma or GED equivalent Proficient knowledge of materials and methods used in new construction plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets Familiarity with current Florida plumbing code Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to train and mentor team members Own tools necessary to perform required tasks Valid Florida driver’s license Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally, stand or kneel for extended periods, bend, reach, climb, squat, and work in confined spaces or extreme outdoor conditions
