Senior Project Manager - Residential & Commercial Plumbing
Location: Sarasota, FL Company: Aqua Plumbing & Air Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $80,000 base plus performance-based incentives Overview We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumbing Technician to oversee and manage plumbing projects in both residential and commercial construction. This role is ideal for a highly experienced plumber who can lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within code. Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures. Review blueprints and project specifications; plan and assign work; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes. Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers; troubleshoot problems in the field; manage materials, tools, and overall jobsite organization. Communicate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep projects on track and running smoothly. Experience & Qualifications
At least five years of plumbing experience with a proven track record of leading crews on job sites. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems; ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Backflow certification, OSHA safety training, and experience with estimating and material takeoffs are preferred but not required.
