What You Will Do

Under direct supervision of Civil Hand, perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, and tower foundations. Experience preferred with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting concrete anchors Civil construction tasks such as earth moving, equipment operation, retaining earth/water, concrete/asphalt, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing, and painting Electrical experience and grounding (cad-weld) is a bonus Ability to read construction drawings is a bonus Ability to work independently and as a team, making sound decisions on behalf of the company Willing to learn and grow Communicates needs, problems, and questions to civil foreman Note: duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice What You Will Need

Medical and physical ability to perform duties of the position Valid driver’s license with a driving record within guidelines of the Driver’s Insurability Agreement Ability to communicate fluently with Team Members, Management Team and other employees Ability to learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study Ability to read and understand general job-related documents Ability to climb and work at elevated heights (rooftops and ladders) AAP/EEO Statement
