Job Title : Medical Materiel Specialist – Level I Location : Clovis, NM Description : Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Responsibilities
General warehousing tasks, customer support, requisition, shipping, receiving, building medical kits, inventory management, Quality Assurance (QA) and cargo preparation and deployment, including medical controlled items stored in a secure location, operation of various materials handling equipment, and utilizing/updating DoD MMIS records. Provide logistical oversight and inventory management for the 27 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise to ensure precise SLEP/DMLSS statistics and communicate SLEP-related updates to affected units, AFMED, and NGB/SGX. Conduct monthly reviews and provide monthly reports to the COR of SLEP and DMLSS inventory records to ensure accuracy and program compliance. Serve as Logical SLEP coordinator and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track and document the usage of medical materials and assist in procuring medical supplies and equipment. Demonstrate program management and oversight skills, effective communication, collaboration, and strategic readiness reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of logistics field experience (preferably in Medical Logistics); be familiar with, and able to navigate/utilize MMIS. Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment is preferred. Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa. Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance. Salary
$19.24 to $24.05 per hour Work Environment
Work is performed mainly in a warehouse or distribution center. The area may be noisy, dusty, or involve exposure to fumes from forklifts or other equipment. Temperature can vary — some warehouses are climate-controlled, others may be hot in summer and cold in winter. Physical Demands
Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 25–50 lbs (sometimes up to 75 lbs with assistance). Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift (often 8–12 hours). Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching to pick up or place materials. May involve using ladders, step stools, or order pickers to access shelves. Repeated motion of scanning, sorting, or packaging of materials. Benefits
