5–7 years’ experience in steel fabrication and welding (MIG required) Skilled in sawing, punching, drilling, powder coating, and robotic welding Proven ability in production planning, costing, and workflow scheduling Experience managing incentive programs and training fabrication staff Strong background in quality control and reading fabrication drawings Familiarity with warehouse inventory management and cycle counting Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environment Welding, machining, powder coating, and robotic systems Enforce strict adherence to fabrication safety standards Qualifications
