Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
and
Physician Assistant (PA-C)
who are interested in supporting the adult population to the practice. We do not require after-hours or weekend call and can offer a high degree of schedule flexibility to help with work/life balance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluate need for medications, and prescribe as indicated Make urgent assessments of a person in crisis, evaluating as appropriate Provide information with others involved in treatment planning Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and consultations Requirements Education/Licensure requirements are one of the following: Master\'s or Doctorate degree in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited college or university; active and unrestricted State of Minnesota License to practice medicine, with 2+ years experience as a PMHNP-BC highly preferred Master\'s degree in Physician Assistant studies, active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota, with 1-2 years post-grad experience working as a PA-C required Knowledge of regulatory standards governing care delivery and operations Proficient in the use of computers; experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred Benefits & Compensation Flexible schedules, no weekends, and no on-call Medical, Dental, Vision, & Malpractice insurance PTO, Paid Holidays 401K, HSA, FSA Annual CME allowance Student loan forgiveness potential through the National Health Services Corps and/or Minnesota Student Loan Forgiveness program at some office locations Nystrom & Associates is a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment clinic offering integrative care with services including Psychiatry, Outpatient Mental Health Therapy, Adult and Adolescent Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Psychological Testing, ARMHS and CTSS, DBT, ADT, Nutritional Counseling, and more. Summary We are currently hiring at multiple professional levels for this position. Physician Assistants: $120,000 – 165,000 PMHNPs: $130,000 – 176,000
