Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification MUST LIVE IN COLORADO (not 100% remote; some in-office presence required) Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority Must have or be able to obtain DEA Must have 1 year PMHNP experience About LifeStance Health
