Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNPs. Must be an experienced PMHNP. Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority Must have or be able to obtain DEA license Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations Experience in both medication management and therapy Compensation
Salary: $169,000 - $254,000 per year W2, full-time employment with full benefits Locations
Open in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove and Draper. More offices will open in 2026. How to apply
