Responsibilities
Provide, direct and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, to assure the best outcome for the patient. Ensure patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards, and community needs, and is in compliance with federal and state guidelines. Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, to all internal and external customers. Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination to provide for consistent patient care. Participate in quality assurance and customer service activities. Qualifications
Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology. Licensure or Certification as required by state guidelines. CPR Certification. 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred. Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered. Excellent compensation and benefits for full-time associates, as well as perks and discounts for all.
