The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides, directs, and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best outcomes. The SLP ensures that patient care follows organizational guidelines, professional standards, community needs, and complies with Federal and State regulations. The SLP advocates for patients and rehabilitation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent care. The role also involves participating in quality assurance and customer service activities. Requirements:
Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines CPR Certification 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred Experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered We offer excellent compensation and benefits for full-time associates, along with perks and discounts for all.
