What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma
Minimum of one year of data look-up/data entry experience
Two years of customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
One year of experience in a call center within the medical industry
One year of remote work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One year of post-secondary education
Experience in a healthcare call center
Familiarity with Epic cadence and prelude systems
Patient registration experience
