Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments while adhering to departmental policies
Accurately capture patient demographic and insurance information during calls
Assist in training and mentoring new team members to support their onboarding
Process payments for co-pays and outstanding balances while meeting performance standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma
One year of data look-up/data entry experience
Two years of customer service experience involving complex analytical problem-solving skills
One year of experience in a call center with emphasis on customer service in the medical industry
One year of remote work experience
Preferred Qualifications
One year of post-secondary education
Experience in a healthcare call center
Patient registration experience
