Welcome! Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team! Who is a good fit for this role? Provide medication management and psychiatric assessment for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, mood, and anxiety disorders. Conduct psychiatric assessments and make medication recommendations; provide ongoing medication management. Support and participate in our extensive assessment process and team-based care model, including integration with behavioral health staff. Utilize CBT interventions for ADHD and collaborate with experienced psychologists for ongoing professional growth. Maintain a caseload of the expected range and document thoroughly and concisely. Work in office at least 2 days per week; eligible for telehealth appointments as applicable; location must be in Oregon. Organization Background

Our clinic was founded in 2014 and is strongly focused on differential diagnosis, behavioral interventions, and medication management. Our assessment process includes a series of 4 visits by behavioral health staff before referral to the PMHNP. The PMHNP conducts a psychiatric assessment before making medication recommendations and providing ongoing management. Expected case load is 8-14 patients per day with 90 minute intakes and 30 minute follow ups. Please note that this position is designed to serve those physically based in and around the state of Oregon. Presently our practice utilizes both in office and telehealth appointments. PMHNPs will be expected to work in office at least 2 days per week.

Candidates must have an Oregon license and DEA, and be physically located in Oregon to render services. Available Employment Locations
