We are currently seeking: Project Superintendent The Project Superintendent is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications. The Project Superintendent will work in a partnership role with the Crew Superintendents as the primary onsite leaders, coordinating field operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the project. Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule, production, budget tracking, and weekly work activities. Supervise onsite crews working in multiple areas simultaneously. Coordinate and schedule work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers. Enforce safety procedures and site rules, conduct safety and quality control meetings and inspections. Address safety violations and operational deficiencies promptly. Duties/Responsibilities:

Work with Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed work schedules, including three-week lookahead plans. Work with Project Manager to monitor project budgets, provide updates on daily production, and report variances in real time. Monitor and track production goals daily and provide updates to the Project Manager. Identify when production goals aren’t being achieved and work with the QAQC Team and Crew Superintendent to overcome issues that allow for production goals to be met in alignment with the approved contract schedule. Track daily tasks, site conditions, and identify current issues, delays, and document these items in daily reports and emails. Thoroughly prepare and submit Daily Reports, including the tracking of timecards and requests for time off, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Toolbox Safety Meeting Checklists, and other required documentation. Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment. Ensure compliance with contract documents, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and regulations. Daily coordination with Project Manager to ensure open and transparent collaboration and communication. Attend all required project-specific meetings as required and be knowledgeable about on-site conditions, schedule, and coordination efforts to update clients during these meetings. Attend weekly scheduled Project Superintendent teams meeting with QC. Provide regular progress updates to internal teams, general contractors, and clients. Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, government officials, and subcontractors to determine project needs and resolve issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related inquiries and decisions. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:

Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Capable of coordinating diverse teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans. Ability to pass state and federal background checks to access worksite locations. Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in supervising construction projects. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, and other related software. Previous experience with perimeter security, force protection, fencing, or barricades (preferred). OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent); current First Aid and CPR Certification. Certified to operate construction-related equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers (lulls), fork lift, and man lifts. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times.
