Provide user administration support: Technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly, communicating technical concepts effectively with non-technical users. Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows including managing migrations. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in leveraging SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate effectively. Systems improvements: Identify, investigate, and implement enhancements to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks through SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions, or new application. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. System administration and support: Manage user permissions and access control to ensure data integrity and security. Provide advice to users to assist in improving their systems experience. You’ll Need
Australian Citizenship and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance. Tertiary qualification in IT, business, quality, change management or other related discipline. Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and best practices. Demonstrated analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems. Experience and/or training in Manage Engine or other ITIL based ticketing system. Experience administering business systems. Why Join Us?
