It offers an opportunity to learn about a premier commercial vehicle supplier from various perspectives within the company. The role primarily involves working in the Supply Chain Excellence department on demand forecasting improvements. Job Responsibilities
Evaluate product demand versus forecast to increase forecast accuracy. Understand business results and communicate customer demand and forecast information to top management. Incorporate trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts into forecasts. Assist with operational management of aftermarket sales promotions and customer demand patterns. Support Regional Distribution Center planning. Participate in cross-functional Supply Chain projects as required. Support Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP) and forecasting within SAP. Operate within SAP demand planning and Business Intelligence systems. Assist in improving SAP Demand Planning processes. Conduct data analysis. Eligibility Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. Proficient in database understanding and data analysis. Take ownership of assigned projects. Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to establish trust and credibility. Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines. Work well in team environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. General Information
Hours and Location: 40 hours/week on-site in Avon, Ohio (20 miles west of Cleveland). Pay Rate: $16 - $21/hour, contingent upon credit hours. Additional Details
