This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth. Work you’ll be responsible for

Research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring Draft emails and memos Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions Basic Qualifications

4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred) J.D. and Tax LL.M. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations Strong analytical and writing skills Strong proficiency with tax research databases (e.g., Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint) About Our Tax Team

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is between $110,000 and $170,000. The range in other geographies may vary by market. Actual compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Preferred Location: New York.
