Overview
Hyder Construction, a Denver-based commercial general contractor, is seeking an
Assistant Project Manager
to support and lead construction projects through preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases. This role works closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure successful project execution — maintaining budget, schedule, and quality standards while upholding Hyder’s values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage project documentation, subcontracts, and schedules Oversee subcontractor performance and facilitate weekly OAC and subcontractor meetings Support cost control, change management, and risk mitigation processes Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards Utilize Hyder’s project management tools, including Asta, Procore, and Bluebeam Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asta, Procore, and Bluebeam Why Hyder
