Overview The Clinical Administrator’s office is accepting applications to fill a permanent, full time Materials & Stores Specialist position. This position functions under the direction of the Assistant Clinical Administrator.
Responsibilities
Order supplies from vendors/small businesses.
Act as a liaison between multiple departments across the hospital.
Redistribute goods and supplies to various units/areas.
Maintain inventory tracking of materials.
Work with vendors to address issues.
Lift and load/move supplies up to 60 pounds.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly motivated, goal oriented, with effective communication and leadership abilities.

Duties performed and Supervisor’s name and contact information must be completed on the STD 678; incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Pass the examination Materials and Stores Specialist EX-1902 to obtain eligibility for the position. Please read the exam bulletin in its entirety.
