Michaels Stores Store - BOS-WESTWOOD, MA Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service. Responsibilities include: Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies, ensuring compliance and accountability for store conditions and results. Follow all front end policies and procedures; meet KPIs and manage team performance. Plan and execute in-store events in line with company programs. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, inventory processes, RTV, and ASN activities. Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Promote a positive, respectful environment and embody organizational values. Assist customers with locating products and providing solutions. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and other operational tasks. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production, and lead delivery of high-quality framing solutions where applicable. Preferred Skills and Experience: Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be able to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks. Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment, with some outdoor work.
