Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business objectives and requirements Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials to assist in product adoption Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improving user experience and increase usage Participate in agile ceremonies and support the division's agile transformation efforts What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodology, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe are a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
