Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives Oversee the creation of training materials to promote product adoption Monitor user data to enhance user experience and increase product usage Coach and mentor other Product Owners while participating in agile ceremonies Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related discipline Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
