Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for success Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic business and technology initiatives Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials to assist in product adoption Monitor usage, assess user data, and identify opportunities to enhance user experience Participate in or facilitate all agile ceremonies, supporting the division’s agile transformation
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline 10 or more years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry 3 or more years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Dynamic communication skills and a passion for product delivery Ability to inspire senior leadership by presenting a product vision Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions Highly desired specialties include experience in Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, and Data and Analytics
