What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business requirements
Oversee training materials for product adoption and monitor user engagement
Actively participate in agile development teams and support agile transformation
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and coach other Product Owners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics
